Created over the last weekend in april of 2020, this is a collection of tracks that came out of experiments with the ASL lua library that runs on the monome crow module. Each track captures the progression of the sequencing code, as well as an additional voice added to the harmonic environment.
Special thanks to Trent of Mannequins for writing ASL, as well as his live stream demo which sparked the interest in exploring it more deeply. Also thanks to Leo and Kevin for their help, encouragement and feedback as I prepped this for release.
You can find annotated versions of the code used to sequence these sounds here: github.com/jlmitch5/a_weekend
